Project Manager, Technology & Operations
Notch Above Consulting is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Project Managers to support the delivery of technology and operational initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for early- to mid-career professionals who are eager to build consulting experience, work alongside experienced leaders, and gain exposure to complex business and technology environments.
As a Project Manager, you will help drive project execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational discipline while supporting senior consultants and client leadership teams. Successful candidates are highly organized, proactive, and motivated to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client initiatives and internal project activities
• Maintain project plans, action logs, risk registers, status reports, and meeting documentation
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
• Track project progress and follow up on action items, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support governance activities and preparation of executive-ready materials
• Assist in managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Collaborate with business, technology, and consulting teams to ensure alignment and accountability
• Contribute to process improvement and operational effectiveness initiatives
• Develop strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, consulting, or related roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and collaboration platforms
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Consulting experience is a plus but not required
