AI Strategy & Enablement Lead
Notch Above Consulting is seeking experienced AI Strategy & Enablement Leaders to help organizations navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape and translate emerging capabilities into practical business outcomes. This role is ideal for leaders who understand both the opportunities and challenges of AI adoption and can help clients develop strategies, governance models, and operating frameworks that support responsible and scalable implementation.
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, assess organizational readiness, establish governance structures, and guide AI initiatives from strategy through operational adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with executive leaders to define AI strategies aligned to business objectives and operational priorities
• Assess organizational readiness, data maturity, governance needs, and AI adoption opportunities
• Facilitate AI use case identification, prioritization, and value realization planning
• Develop AI governance frameworks, operating models, and decision-making structures
• Guide organizations in evaluating AI technologies, vendors, and implementation approaches
• Support the integration of AI-enabled capabilities into business processes and operational workflows
• Establish success measures, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track AI adoption and business value
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and organizational readiness activities
• Monitor emerging AI trends and provide practical guidance on their business implications
• Support executive communications, workshops, and strategic planning activities
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, technology leadership, product strategy, or operational transformation roles
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, governance considerations, data readiness, and organizational adoption challenges
• Experience leading business and technology initiatives involving analytics, automation, digital capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to executive and non-technical audiences
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
• Experience developing operating models, governance frameworks, or organizational transformation initiatives
• Consulting experience preferred
