Senior Program Manager , Technology & Operations
Notch Above Consulting is seeking experienced Senior Program Managers to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology and operational initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can navigate organizational complexity, and is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful business outcomes.
Working closely with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technology teams, you will drive alignment, manage execution, and ensure initiatives remain focused on delivering value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead day-to-day management of technology and operational initiatives from planning through delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, vendor, and consulting teams
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, governance forums, and decision-making processes
• Identify, track, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Drive accountability across teams and ensure commitments are met
• Monitor progress against objectives, timelines, budgets, and success measures
• Support organizational change, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Provide clear reporting and executive-ready updates to leadership teams
• Contribute to program assessments, recovery efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience leading technology, operational, or business transformation initiatives
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs in complex organizational environments
• Strong project and program management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Operational Modernization initiatives
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to balance strategic objectives with hands-on execution responsibilities
• Consulting experience preferred
