Program Director, Enterprise Initiatives
Notch Above Consulting is seeking experienced Program Directors to lead complex technology and operational initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments, can quickly establish credibility with executive stakeholders, and has a proven track record of translating business priorities into measurable outcomes.
As a trusted advisor and delivery leader, you will guide critical programs from strategy through execution, bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to initiatives that drive organizational change, operational modernization, and business value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define strategic objectives, priorities, and success measures
• Lead complex technology and operational initiatives across diverse business functions
• Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and execution plans
• Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and organizational challenges
• Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Lead program assessments, recovery efforts, and operational improvement initiatives
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and large-scale modernization programs where applicable
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and sustained value
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, operational, or transformation programs
• Proven ability to influence and lead across executive, business, and technology stakeholders
• Strong experience establishing governance, managing complex dependencies, and driving accountability
• Experience leading ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Operational Modernization initiatives
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
• Ability to quickly assess complex environments and provide practical, actionable recommendations
• Consulting experience preferred
