Digital Transformation Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee critical client programs associated with Digital Transformation efforts
- Influence decisions on overall business process and application architecture landscape to facilitate the right outcomes
- Manage and escalate all program related risks
- Drive resolution of cross-workstream and other business-related issues escalated by program management
- Provide regular communications to key stakeholders and executives
- Determine overall approach to critical deliverables and ensure proper staffing and skills assigned to execute
- Define and manage go/no go criteria prior to any release
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in an executive leadership capacity focusing on driving business transformations partnering with technology and cross-functional lines of business and functions
- Proven success working in an innovative environment and in the development of new business processes and services
- Previous experience in driving successful ERP implementations and/of Digital transformation programs
- Experience working in a complex global organization with proven effectiveness operating in a global company spanning multiple business units
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, appropriate for all levels of organization
- Collaboration and partnership skills with business and IT partners to drive development of the technology roadmap, prioritization of application enhancements, and the ability to drive change
- Strong relationship management skills including set expectations setting and follow through on measurements of success
