Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the D365 CRM platform and products
- Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements
- Lead technical design sessions, design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the client’s business objectives
- Provide guidance during evaluation of a business requirement and how it can be met with either configuration or code and customization
- Recommend, design and support test automation capabilities leveraging Selenium or Easyrepo
QUALIFICATIONS
- A 5-8 years of CRM experience, the majority specifically with Microsoft D365 CRM
- Experience with Sales and Sales Insight capabilities on MS Dynamics 365 with functional knowledge of the entire product suite
- Fundamental understanding and implementation experience of Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI.
- Experience implementing Server-Side Synch and rolling out outlook integration capabilities preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience of D365 CRM development, configuration, and administration capabilities
